How long does it take to process my order?
Well, it depends on the product you've ordered. Because all items are handmade and it's a time-consuming process, it sometimes may take a little more time to get your order shipped. It will be stated on the product page if the product takes more time to prepare.
What is the shipping and return policy?
BOEL is based in Amsterdam, so shipping in The Netherlands is free! Outside of The Netherlands it will be calculated once you're checking out.
